Sometimes properties for sale cannot be shown on the internet.   Why not?

• For their own reasons, the property owner may not want the property shown online.
   
• The broker is not a member of BAREIS MLS. Often they are located in more remote areas.
   
• The broker has not "opted" into our reciprocal agreement to show listings online. This happens most often with out-of-area brokers.
   
• For their own reasons, the broker or agent may not want the property shown online.
   
• The owner may have agreed to an exclusive listing.
