Team Coast welcomes our newest member,
Debbie Rosson! Debbie has been
a licensed real estate sales associate
working for Coldwell Banker for over 20
years, and we are pleased to have her join our
office!
A life-long Sonoma County resident,
Debbie grew up in Petaluma and when she
married her husband John Rosson 35 years ago, the couple
relocated to Timber Cove. Together they run
Timber Cove Ranch and are active in the
local ranching community. Debbie & John also maintain
a second home in Petaluma, which they
frequent on the weekends. Debbie enjoys
gardening, camping, traveling and spending time with her husband
and two dogs, Yogi and Gator. |

Cal Trans has announced that it is modifying
its work schedule for the storm repair
project on Highway One just south of Bodega
Bay.
Originally, signalized one-way
traffic control was to be in place 24/7
starting June 7.
Now, as a result of
complaints by Bodega Bay business owners and
residents, the schedule will call for
one-way traffic control with a flagger,
during the daytime hours on weekdays only.
No work will be done on nights or
weekends. This
schedule will remain in place until further
notice! On nights and
weekends, both lanes on Highway One will be
open.
There will come a time,
according to Bob Haus at CalTrans District
4, that the lights will be operational and
the road will be down to 1 lane 24 hours a
day. It will be later on in the project, and
CalTrans says they will notify us well in
advance, that it will be a 3-4 day
occurence, and that it will be scheduled for
mid week.

The 26th annual Big Brothers Big Sisters of
the North Bay (BBBS) Bowl for Kids Sake took place in late April at Double Decker
Lanes in
Rohnert Park.
Coldwell Banker Coast Properties
participated in the event, which had a
1970s theme this year.
We raised
$4,500 for BBBS during this event alone!

Coldwell Banker Coast Properties recently
discovered that AmeriGas’s
“lowest price
per gallon” for propane ($3.16) for Bodega
Harbour homeowners was much higher than
other local companies’ rates. We contacted
Bob Harchut, manager of the Bodega Harbour
Homeowners' Association, and asked him to
help us negotiate a better price.
Consequently, AmeriGas has lowered the
Bodega Harbour homeowners’ rate to $2.22 per
gallon. That is a savings of $0.94 per
gallon on propane for all Harbour
homeowners!
